Shipping and Returns
All our orders are shipped using a courier service.
Standard shipping is FREE for all orders over $100.
All orders received before 12pm (Monday – Friday) will be dispatched the same business day. Any orders received after this point will be dispatched the next business day. Please keep this in mind when ordering items required for specific days/events.
It is possible to request an order be dispatched to a different address to the one where the card is registered. However, it is at the companies’ discretion whether or not to comply with this request. To ensure Customer Security, on occasion, we may only be able to dispatch to the Billing Address.
Although express services are fast, unfortunately we can’t guarantee timings as this will be dependent the destination and on occasion, carriers can experience delays.
Once your parcel has been despatched, you will receive a confirmation email. This will contain a link to click through to so you can track the progress of your order at any time.
If by chance you have received the incorrect item. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know within 10 days of receiving the item(s) After item is returned we will either swap it or refund the full purchase amount.
- Item must not be open.
- Item must not be damaged while in customer possession.
- Proof of purchase included.
- Return request must be approved within 10 days of goods being received.
